During Mid and Low Seasons we are happy to consider weekly rental periods starting on any day, and it is also possible to rent the gite for shorter stays for a minimum of 3 nights. The charge for short breaks is €100 per night in mid season and €85 per night in low season.
A security deposit of €500 (or £450 for our UK guests) is also payable before your rental commences and is fully refundable providing the rental conditions are met.
Taxe de Sejour/Tourist Tax
Please note that obligatory local taxes which we are required to collect and pay to the local commune will be added to your invoice.
For the gite the amount due is based on the rental rate and no. of people occupying the gite. For example Rental rate is €925 per week and there are 2 adults and 1 child. The tax is calculated as €925 divided by 7 to give a nightly rate of €132.14. This amount is divided between the number of guests (3) and is 1% of that amount as €0.44 per person per night. Children are exempt so in this example the amount due would be for the adults only and thus €0.88 per night.
