Rental Rates
Prices shown are for the rental of the entire gite, per week, and are charged and payable in euros by bank transfer or french euro cheque.
Non-french euro cheques will incur an additional charge of €25 per cheque due to the charges made by our bank.
The currency convertor is for information only as payment is requested in euros.
Short breaks are available in low and mid season for a minimum of 4 nights and are charged at a nightly rate (again for the entire gite). See rental notes for more details.
If you are thinking of taking an extended holiday or perhaps house hunting/buying/selling in the area, special rates are available for longer lets* except in high and peak seasons - please contact us for details.

Gite
During High and Peak Seasons our changeover day is Saturday and rentals are available for full weeks only.
During Mid and Low Seasons we are happy to consider weekly rental periods starting on any day, and it is also possible to rent the gite for shorter stays for a minimum of 4 nights. The charge for short breaks is €119 per night.
A security deposit of €300 (or £300 for our UK guests) is also payable before your rental commences and is fully refundable providing the rental conditions are met.
Taxe de Sejour/Tourist Tax
Please note that obligatory local taxes which we are required to collect and pay to the local commune will be added to your invoice.
