Availability

To check availability and make your reservation please contact us directly either using the enquiries form, or by email or phone. All contact details can be found on the enquiries tab.

We usually only hold provisional reservations for a maximum of 7 days so if the period you are interested in is provisionally booked it is still worth contacting us. That way we can give you first option if the booking doesn't go ahead.

Once we have agreed dates with you, we will email you a booking confirmation, invoice and a copy of our rental conditions. Your booking will be held for 7 days pending receipt of your deposit*.

We offer a full refund of monies paid if you need to cancel more than 8 weeks before arrival, and a 50% refund if you need to cancel up to 4 weeks from your arrival date. We do strongly recommend you also have adequate travel insurance.

*A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Changeover day is always a Saturday in high and peak season.
